What it does not include

No Promote or Spark Ads, media budget, exact posting time, pinning, exclusivity, minimum views, likes, comments, followers, sales, search position or permanent availability is included or promised.

Disclosure standard

Consumer custom-story posts use applicable platform disclosures, including AI-generated-content labelling where required. Brand projects use the appropriate paid-partnership workflow. Music must be original, commercially cleared or otherwise permitted for the post.

Private by default; public only after approval

Your custom movie is delivered privately unless you add the $50 Official Channel Feature. The add-on requests editorial review; it does not guarantee selection, timing or reach. If we decline the feature or cannot publish it, the $50 add-on is refunded and your movie stays private. Before any post, you approve the public cut and complete a separate publication authorization.

What the $50 add-on includes

  • Editorial review for one finished custom movie.
  • If accepted: one channel-ready public cut, cover and caption.
  • One organic feature on @thefluffyfam0 on TikTok, scheduled at our editorial discretion.
  • A refund if we decline the feature or cannot publish it.

Limited publication licence

This add-on does not change ownership under the original movie order. You keep every right you hold in the source photos and other submitted material. For the Official Channel Feature, you grant The Fluffy Fam a non-exclusive, limited licence to prepare and organically publish the approved public cut on @thefluffyfam0 on TikTok only. It does not include paid ads, Spark Ads, other platforms, resale, sublicensing or model training.

Credit, privacy and public reach

Before scheduling, choose anonymous credit, pet name only or an approved social handle. Do not include private order details, addresses or contact information. A public post can be linked, cached, searched, screened or shared by third parties, so deletion cannot recall every copy. Downloads, Duet and Stitch are kept off where the account and post settings allow unless separately approved.

Editorial and account control

The Fluffy Fam keeps final control of the account, publishing window, caption, cover, disclosure labels, comments and brand-safety decisions. You may correct facts, privacy details and credit before publication. The Premiere does not provide account access, unpublished audience data or a right to rewrite the story after the public cut has begun.

Cancellation, refund and removal

  • The $50 add-on is collected as a separate Shopify cart line with the movie order.
  • If we decline the feature or cannot publish it, the add-on is refunded.
  • Cancel before an accepted public-edit begins for a full add-on refund.
  • After the public cut is approved and scheduled, the add-on is normally non-refundable.
  • If we accept the feature but later cancel publication for our own reasons, the add-on is refunded.
  • A verified studio-side disclosure error reported within seven days is corrected and reposted once where practical; if a compliant repost still cannot be made, the add-on is refunded.
  • No refund is due for reach, engagement, conversion, normal algorithm changes, rights problems in customer-supplied material or a later customer decision to withdraw authorization.

Removal requests

You can request removal after publication. We aim to process a valid request within five business days, but the add-on fee is not refunded after successful publication and third-party copies cannot be guaranteed to disappear. We may remove a post sooner for platform, legal, safety, rights or account-operating reasons.

Truthful reactions and reviews

If a customer quote or reaction appears, it must reflect the customer’s real experience and requires separate permission. We do not invent feedback, change its meaning or exchange a discount or feature for a required positive review.
