These Terms apply to purchases from The Fluffy Fam. The product page, your Shopify checkout confirmation, and the policies linked at checkout form part of the agreement for each order.
1. Orders, payment and package scope
An order is confirmed only after Shopify accepts payment. The product page and order confirmation define the package, price, included characters, runtime, approval path, revisions and deliverables. Extra characters, new concepts, longer runtime, alternate formats, rush work, commercial rights or other work outside that scope require a separate written quote or invoice.
2. Your creative choices
You may choose Create everything for me, submit an idea, or provide a reference or outline supported by your package. Plot, mood, must-have moments and content to avoid are creative guidance, not separate guaranteed deliverables. We may adapt that guidance to the purchased runtime, character count, story scope, technical limits, safety requirements and brand style.
3. References and permission
You may submit a pet or person photo, avatar, sketch, original character, clip, written idea—or no reference when you ask us to create the lead. You must own or have permission to use every photo, character, clip, name, logo, voice, story idea and other reference you submit. You are responsible for permission from recognizable people and, for minors, their parent or legal guardian. We may reject material that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, deceptive or outside the agreed service.
You retain ownership of the photos, clips, original characters, names, story ideas and other references you submit. You grant The Fluffy Fam and the production providers needed to fulfill your order a limited, non-exclusive license to use those materials only to review, create, deliver and support your order. This fulfillment license does not authorize public posting, advertising, resale or third-party licensing.
4. Stylized cartoon interpretation
A supplied subject or character will become a recognizable, stylized cartoon interpretation—not a photo-exact or anatomically exact replica. We aim to preserve the meaningful traits approved in the creative direction, but reasonable visual variation may appear. When no reference is supplied, we develop an original lead within the purchased scope. A change in taste does not automatically include a complete restart after the creative direction has been approved.
5. Production timing
Ready for Production means that payment is confirmed; the complete brief, usable reference files and rights confirmation have been accepted; and any package-specific character direction or scope has been approved. We confirm this status to the customer.
We deliver the first review-ready version within 48 hours after the order is Ready for Production. Time spent waiting for missing or changed customer input, approvals or added-scope decisions pauses the clock. Time for a customer-requested revision is outside the first-version window.
6. Revisions and new scope
Mini Cameo includes one minor correction pass. Custom Story includes one consolidated revision. Premium Episode includes two consolidated revision rounds. Send each included change list within 7 days after the relevant review version is delivered. A new story, additional character, major style change, replacement source set, extra aspect ratio or extensive rebuild is new work and may require a separate quote.
7. Digital delivery
Custom movies are delivered privately as digital files. The final MP4 and other listed digital files are sent to the checkout email through a download link or equivalent delivery method. Prompts, raw generations, editable project files, unused shots and internal workflows are not included unless agreed in writing. Custom Story adds the selected included mug, poster or T-shirt—or the selected hoodie with its $25 upgrade—as a linked physical Shopify cart item. Premium Episode adds its included mug + poster set. Each physical line follows the terms below and ships separately from the digital movie.
8. Physical merchandise
Physical products follow the variants, sizing, made-to-order production, delivery and return information shown on the product page and in our Shipping and Refund Policies. Verify the selected size, variant and delivery address before checkout.
9. Personal and commercial use
After full payment, you receive a non-exclusive personal-use license to the final delivered movie, including private viewing and organic sharing on your own personal social accounts. Paid advertising, brand or client work, resale, sublicensing, paid media and other commercial use require a separate written license. The Fluffy Fam retains its pre-existing characters, brand assets, production tools, workflows and other underlying intellectual property.
10. Privacy and Official Channel Feature authorization
Custom projects are private by default, and an ordinary creative brief does not grant publication permission. The optional $50 Official Channel Feature is an application for editorial review, not guaranteed publication. If accepted, publication requires your separate approval of the exact public cut, credit and channel details before posting. If we decline or cannot publish it, the $50 add-on is refunded. That limited authorization does not permit publication of raw reference files, paid advertising, third-party licensing, model training or broader commercial use unless separately agreed in writing. You may request removal of a published feature, although third-party copies cannot be guaranteed to disappear.
11. Prohibited requests
Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, threatening, fraudulent, defamatory, harmful to minors, or intended to impersonate or deceive. We may refuse or cancel a request that violates these Terms or creates a material safety, rights or platform risk.
12. Changes, cancellations and mandatory rights
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the product type and production stage and is explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
