Movie, merch or keepsake
Include the Shopify order number and checkout email. For a custom movie, also say whether the brief and any reference files have been sent.
Damaged or incorrect item
Prepare clear photos of the item, label and packaging. Wait for written instructions before returning anything; our public business address is not a return address.
Commercial enquiry
Include the company, intended use, deliverables, target market, timing and approximate budget range.
Never send a full payment-card number, security code or account password through email or the contact form.
