A custom animated movie is a personalized digital service. The movie itself is delivered privately with no carrier tracking. Custom Story adds the selected 11 oz mug, 8 × 10 poster, full-color T-shirt, or full-color hoodie (+$25) as a linked made-to-order physical cart item. Premium Episode adds its 11 oz mug + 12 × 16 poster set. Checkout confirms delivery availability, address, shipping and taxes for those physical lines before payment. Other merchandise follows the Shipping Policy.
Complete your brief
Choose Create everything for me or share a direction, then connect the paid order to a brief. A pet, person, avatar, sketch or written idea can be used; an image is not required.
We confirm the start
When the brief, references, rights confirmation and any package approvals are complete, the order is Ready for Production.
Review and download
We send a private review version, complete the corrections or revision rounds included with the chosen package, and deliver the final vertical MP4.
Your 48-hour first version
The first review-ready version is sent within 48 hours after Ready for Production is confirmed. For Custom Story and Premium Episode, required character direction or scope approval is part of becoming ready.
Private digital delivery
The final vertical MP4 and any other files listed in the purchased package are sent to the checkout email through a private download link or equivalent method. Download and back up the file promptly. Prompts, project files, raw generations, unused shots and internal working files are not included unless agreed in writing.
What can pause the 48-hour clock?
Missing information, unusable required references, an incomplete brief, delayed customer replies or approvals, and decisions about added scope pause the clock. Time for a customer-requested revision begins after the first review version and is separate from the original 48-hour production period.
What does the included revision cover?
Mini Cameo includes one minor correction pass, Custom Story includes one consolidated revision, and Premium Episode includes two consolidated revision rounds within the approved direction. Send each included change list within 7 days of the relevant review version. A new concept, added character, replacement source set, major style or story change, extra aspect ratio or extensive rebuild may require a separate quote.
What if the file does not work?
A corrupted, incomplete or unopenable final file is corrected or re-delivered at no charge and does not use the included creative revision. Email the order number and a short description of the problem.
How are reference files kept private?
Custom movies are private by default. We use submitted pet or person photos, avatars, sketches, character art and written direction only to produce and support the order. We do not place a raw reference, finished movie or character name in public marketing without separate permission. Reference deletion can be requested after delivery; required order and communication records may still be retained for payment, tax, fraud-prevention or legal reasons.
Optional $50 Official Channel Feature
The movie remains private unless this application is selected, accepted through editorial review and separately approved for publication by the customer. If accepted, the customer approves the exact public cut before posting. If we decline the feature or cannot publish it, the $50 add-on is refunded. The feature does not guarantee timing, views, reach or engagement.
