Questions before your character’s close-up.
Do I need a pet or a finished character design?
No. Start with a pet, person, avatar, sketch, original character or only an idea. We create a stylized character within the selected package scope.
When does the production window begin?
We confirm when your order is Ready for Production. That means payment, the complete brief, any required references, rights confirmation and package-specific direction or scope approval are accepted. The first review-ready version is sent within 48 hours from that confirmation.
What does the included revision cover?
One revision means one consolidated list of reasonable changes within the approved story direction. A new concept, additional character, new story or major scene rebuild may require an additional quote.
How does the personalized keepsake work?
Choose an 11 oz mug, 8 × 10 movie-poster print or full-color personalized tee; a personalized hoodie is available for a $25 upgrade. Choose the format on this page and select a size for apparel; contact us before production approval if that size needs to change. The keepsake artwork is based on the approved character design and is produced after final artwork approval, so it does not delay the digital movie. Shopify checkout collects the delivery address and shows any available shipping method, tax or charge before payment. If no delivery method is offered for the address, do not place the order; contact us first so we can confirm whether the package is available to you.
What does the +$50 official channel feature include?
It adds editorial review and, if accepted, a channel-ready public cut, cover and caption for one organic feature. Your movie stays private until you approve the public cut. Selection, timing and reach are not guaranteed; if we decline the feature or cannot publish it, the $50 add-on is refunded.
Can I use the movie for paid advertising?
Personal social sharing is included. Paid ads, brand campaigns, client work, resale and other commercial uses require a separate written license.
Are prompts, source files or project files included?
No. Final deliverables are the files stated in the package. Prompts, raw generations, editable projects and internal workflows are not included.
Can I write the plot myself?
Yes. Bring one moment, a complete outline or only a mood. Your idea is optional; when you leave it blank, our studio develops the character and story within the selected package scope.
How are my reference files handled?
You keep ownership of submitted references. They are used to review, create, deliver and support the order. We ask separately before featuring any finished movie publicly.
