Checkout confirms a package. It does not start the production clock by itself. Production begins once payment, the complete brief, any references needed for your chosen direction and required permissions have been accepted, together with any package-specific direction approval.
1. Shopify confirms the order
Choose Mini Cameo, Custom Story or Premium Episode and complete secure Shopify checkout. The order confirmation identifies the package, payment and checkout email. Keep the order number: it connects the brief, reference photos and later support messages.
2. The customer completes the creative brief
The creative brief collects the pet name, pronunciation, age, personality, story mood, defining features, setting, must-have moments and anything to avoid. It also confirms that the customer has permission to use the supplied material and understands that the result is stylized.
The brief is where a generic idea becomes a personal one. “Magical adventure” is a mood. “She is afraid of the vacuum but protects the blue mouse toy” is a story clue.
3. Add references when your direction needs them
A reference uploaded before checkout is already attached to that cart project. If you have extra views, email them with the subject line ORDER #### — REFERENCES. You may also provide an existing character, sketch or written idea. No photo is required when you ask us to create the character.
If essential details or required references are missing, the studio may ask for them. The production window begins only after the order is Ready for Production; time waiting for missing input or approvals pauses the clock.
4. The studio confirms direction
The story idea is checked against the purchased scope. Mini is one cat in one simple scene. Custom Story is one cat across two or three scenes. Premium can include up to two pets and a larger multi-scene concept.
If the request adds a pet, a new format, extra scenes or commercial use, the studio clarifies the change before production instead of quietly reducing the idea or charging an unexplained amount.
5. Character and story production begin
Reference selection, character direction, scene generation, editing, music and basic sound are assembled into the approved format. Human review checks whether the cat remains recognizable, the story reads clearly and the result stays within the Fluffy Fam visual world.
Production updates for a digital movie do not use a shipping number. A custom project moves through materials checked, direction review, production, private preview and final delivery.
6. A private preview is delivered
The customer reviews the movie privately. Mini includes one minor correction pass. Custom Story includes one consolidated revision. Premium Episode includes two consolidated revision rounds within the approved direction. Send one organized change list for each included round.
Send one organized list with scene references when possible. A factual correction, timing adjustment or small visual fix can belong to the revision. A different story, added pet, new main setting or replacement concept is new work.
7. The final vertical MP4 is delivered
After the included revision is resolved, the final 1080 × 1920 vertical MP4 is delivered privately. Download it promptly and keep a backup. If the file is technically damaged or cannot be accessed, contact the studio with the order number and checkout email.
8. Public sharing remains optional
The movie is private by default. You may share the personal-use file on your own personal account. The optional $50 Official Channel Feature is requested at movie checkout and is subject to editorial review. If accepted, publication requires your separate approval of the exact public cut, credit and channel details. If declined or not published, the $50 add-on is refunded. Views or followers are not guaranteed.
